Our internal systems connect to our own Google Business Profile and Google Ads accounts using Google's sign-in and authorization process. This connection is used solely to manage our own brokerage's business listing and advertising campaigns. We do not access, collect, store, or share any Google Account data belonging to our website visitors or clients, and we do not use Google user data for any purpose beyond managing our own business's Google Business Profile and Google Ads account.

Third-Party Services

We work with third-party service providers to operate our business, including services for sending emails and text messages, hosting our website, and syndicating real estate listings from the Canadian Real Estate Association's Data Distribution Facility (DDF®). These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their specific function and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
